Slowly filling my new display cabinet.
I’m not sure if I’ll keep it this way since there is so much vertical space wasted since I don’t have many tall figures & there’s a lot more figures I would like to get in there. (I might try to add a shelf or something.)
The display case was given to me by my friend, Hezachan, who I hope is having a good trip cross country. ♥♥♥
Help, I’ve fallen in love with an angel!
OMG look at this cutie, she’s just too precious!*.*
(Boy will I be in trouble if they make a Mami one…well technically I’ll either ;_; or my wallet will…but it’s more likely that I will since I just ran a translation of the page in the link & she’s a 1/3rd scale (roughly 18-19”) and cost 63,000yen) ;_;
~♥ Madoka Magica Choco Deboxing ♥~
I was given 2 boxes of Madoka Magica choco by my boyfriend for Easter and I was inspired to cosplay Mami Tomoe to open up the first few & see what cards I had gotten! ♥
I hope you enjoy watching this video as much as I did making it! ^_^

ciel-dog-phantomhive asked:Where did you purchase the soul gems?....
I bought my box of the Light-u p Soul Gems from Hobby Link Japan but they’re sold out & discontinued on that site. I bought Mami’s on eBay, and the 3 corrupt soul gems I picked-up in person at Katsucon.
I do have one spare unopened Madoka soul gem (I got 3 total in my box) that I’m planning on selling although the top has snapped off. It’s totally fixable, I had 2 arrive broken in the same manor and I already fixed the other one.
btw, if you/anyone are/is interested in the Madoka soul gem send me an ask. ;)
glassballerina asked:Do the light-up soul gem gashapons run on a battery? I was planning on getting a few on Ebay, but am worried about them eventually burning out. Thank you!
The Soul Gem Gashapons do run on battery, 3 tiny button cell L736. They are fully replaceable just so long as you can find replacements and have a tiny screwdriver.
I recently had to disassemble one of mine that arrive in non-working condition, luckily for me I just had to adjust the tension on the top plate to get the gem to work again. Below is a picture of the disassembled Soul Gem with access to the battery compartment.
To disassemble you will carefully need to remove the top of the gem by disengaging the clip-in tabs without breaking them. Then unscrew the tiny screw in the middle of the inside of the gem, this will loosen the battery plate. Once the screw is removed put it somewhere safe and carefully lift the battery plate. You will now have access to the batteries. Remove the old batteries and then place the new batteries in exactly as the old ones. Slide the battery plate into place and secure with the screw. Finish by replacing the top portion of the gem.
I hope this is helpful! ^_~
